报告题目：从计算模拟到人工智能的二维材料创新

报告摘要：

Two-dimensional (2D) materials have been receiving extensive attention since the realization of graphene in experiments. Previously we investigated and designed new 2D materials via high-performance computations; however, instead of the design for a single material, high-throughput screening based on database is a more efficient approach to achieve more 2D materials, especially for photocatalysts with native advantages such as high surface-volume ratio and short diffusion distance for photo-generated electrons and holes. In this talk, I would like to introduce our previous efforts in computational simulations on various 2D materials, a recently proposed screening algorithm to search layered and 2D materials, and the promising artificial intelligence (AI)-based research paradigm with combination of big data and machine learning.

个人简介 ：

周震，男，山东龙口人。1994年本科毕业于南开大学，获理学学士学位；1999年毕业于南开大学，获得理学博士学位，同年留校任讲师。2001-2005年赴日本名古屋大学从事日本学术振兴会(JSPS)等机构资助的博士后研究。2005年11月作为副教授(引进人才)回到南开大学化学学院继续从事教学科研工作。2010年底晋升教授，2011年起任博士生导师。2012年被任命为南开大学分子科学计算中心主任。2014年被任命为南开大学新能源材料化学研究所所长。2015年起为南开大学材料科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师。2019年被任命为南开大学新能源转化与存储交叉科学中心副主任。

主要研究兴趣是通过高性能计算与实验相结合设计纳米结构新能源材料及能源存储体系。在Prog. Mater. Sci.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.和Adv. Mater.等期刊上发表SCI摘录论文270余篇。论文被他人引用16000余次，h-index为75。21篇论文入选ESI近十年高被引论文。2008年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。 2014-2018年连续五年入围“爱思唯尔”中国高被引学者榜。2014年获得天津市自然科学二等奖(第一完成人)。2016年入选天津市创新人才推进计划中青年科技创新领军人才。2018年入选“科睿唯安”全球高被引科学家。2019年被评为天津市优秀科技工作者。Journal of Materials Chemistry A副主编、Green Energy and Environment副主编、Current Graphene Science主编、《过程工程学报》、《电化学》和《电源技术》编委。中国电子学会化学与物理电源技术分会第八届委员会委员。
