报告题目:Stability Investigation on Perovskite Solar Cells: from Materials to Device

摘要Abstract:

Recently, perovskite-based solar cells (PSCs) have attracted worldwide interest with a certified 22.7% efficiency in a few years’ time. However, long-term stability is still the key issue for its future development. Aiming at this point, some works have been carried out in our lab. Materials processing and interface engineering have been deployed to improve the intrinsic long-term stability of perovskite absorber.[1-7] Optimized device structures have also been developed to improve the device stability, such as the applications of new-type charge transporting materials and carbon counter electrodes.[8-13] Furthermore, stability-related theoretical studies have been carried out. An electrically modulated transient photocurrent/photovoltage technology has been developed and used to investigate the slow charge and electric field response inside PSCs. The intrinsic hysteresis behaviourphotocharge accumulation and recombination in PSCs have been systematically investigated. [14-20]

个人简介Biography: 

现为中国科学院物理所研究员1987年毕业于吉林大学物理系,1997年在中国科学院长春应用化学研究所获得博士学位。2001年入选中国科学院百人计划2005年获得中国科学院百人计划优秀奖,2007年获得“杰出青年基金”,2011年获得东京理科大学校长奖,2013年入选科技北京“百名领军人才”,2014年作为负责人获得“国家自然科学基金委创新群体”项目资助。目前主要从事太阳能材料与器件应用基础研究,包括太阳能材料的制备与光电器件(染料敏化太阳能电池、量子点太阳能电池、钙钛矿太阳能电池、铜基薄膜太阳能电池)和新型复合光催化材料的制备(光分解水制氢)的组装及应等。在国际重要学术杂志上发表论文230余篇,文章被引8000余次,个人h因子为55。申请80余项国家发明专利和1项日本发明专利,其中54项专利已获得授权。

目前任英国Electrochemistry Communication杂志编委和德国Green: The International Journal of Sustainable Energy Conversion and Storage杂志创刊编委,中国可再生能源学会常务理事,中国可再生能源学会光化学专业委员会委员。
