学术经历:

2003年北京大学生命科学学院获得理学学士学位

2011年美国德克萨斯西南医学中心发育与遗传系获得博士学位

2011年美国德克萨斯西南医学中心发育与遗传系进行博士后研究

20112013年美国OriGene Technologies担任高级科学家,研发总监

20146月加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为教授,博士生导师

 

研究领域:

1.  使用小鼠模型研究肿瘤(胶质脑细胞瘤和胃肠道肿瘤)的发生,维系以及肿瘤治疗

2.  研究正常成年干细胞以及肿瘤干细胞干性的分子机理

3.  免疫检测以及肿瘤的免疫治疗

4.  使用纳米材料检测、示踪、靶向治疗肿瘤

主要成果和贡献:

利用小鼠胶质脑细胞瘤模型研究肿瘤的细胞起源以及肿瘤干细胞的概念。目前在《Nature》《Cell》《Cancer Cell》等杂志发表文章17篇,引用次数超过1800次(Google Scholar),其中多篇文章被Faculty of 1000推荐。2012年发表在《Nature》的文章被NPRBBC150多家媒体报道,入选2012年全球年度自然科学十大突破(http://news.sciencenet.cn/htmlnews/2013/1/274159.shtm)
