学术经历:

       2004年北京大学化学与分子工程学院获理学学士学位;2008年美国斯坦福大学(Stanford University)获得化学博士学位;2008年至2009年在斯坦福大学化学系以及医学院从事博士后研究。20096月加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为教授、博士生导师。

 

主要成果和贡献:

近年来一直在纳米医学与肿瘤纳米技术领域从事研究。2005年以来发表学术论文190余篇,相当一部分成果发表于Chem. Rev., Chem. Soc. Rev., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., JACS, Adv. Mater., Ad. Funct. Mater. Nano Lett., ACS Nano, Nature Protocols等国际权威刊物上。论文总引用超过22,000次,SCI H-index7020142015年连续入围Elsevier出版社发布的“中国高被引用学者榜单”(材料科学类);2015年入选美国汤森路透集团(Thomson Reuters)公布的全球高被引科学家名单Highly Cited Researchers 2015(化学、材料)。获国家杰出青年基金、基金委优秀青年基金、江苏省杰出青年基金的资助。

本课题组的研究领域是纳米生物材料与纳米医学,这是一门跨越材料、化学、生物医学的新兴交叉学科。我们的目标是开发新型功能纳米材料,通过结构设计、可控合成、和合理的表面修饰得到功能丰富的且生物相容性良好纳米材料,研究其在生命体系中的行为,并利用纳米材料独特的物理与化学性质以发展新型多模态生物影像技术、靶向药物输送技术、以及肿瘤物理治疗技术,从而探索癌症的诊断与治疗的新思路与新方法。主要研究方向如下:
