廖良生 教授、博士生导师、国家特聘专家
主要成果和技术贡献:
发明了具有全有机连接层结构的叠层有机发光二极管(Tandem OLED),制备了高性能 OLED 显示器件和照明器件,曾为美国柯达公司 OLED 显示和照明技术的发展做出过重要贡献。回国后,主持设计和制造了中国第一条国产 OLED 生产线,并已初步实现 OLED 健康照明的自主产业化。 获中国专利授权 182 件,获美国专利授权 42 件。发表 SCI 学术论文 450 多篇,论文引用次数为 16,000 多次(SCI h-index = 68);从 2014 年起连续进入 Elsevier 发布的“中国高被引学者榜单”。 近年来,共主持十多项国家科研项目,其中包括主持国家“863”计划重大项目课题、国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目和国际(地区)合作与交流项目等。 主要荣誉和奖励:
