纳米生物材料与放射医学


 

方向介绍

放射治疗包括基于放射性核素的‘内放疗’和基于射线照射的‘外放疗’两大类,在临床肿瘤治疗中发挥着不可替代的作用。本团队基于纳米技术和生物材料,发展了多种增强肿瘤内放疗和外放疗的策略,实现了放疗与化疗、光学治疗、免疫治疗等多种疗法 的联用与协同增效。


主要研究方向:

- 纳米探针在多模态核素成像与肿瘤靶向放疗中的应用;
- 基于生物材料的肿瘤微环境调控与放疗增效研究;
- 基于生物材料的肿瘤放疗与联合治疗研究。
