生物材料与免疫工程



方向介绍

免疫治疗是当前受到高度关注的研究领域。不同于传统肿瘤疗法直接杀灭肿瘤细胞,肿瘤免疫治疗是通过训练和利用患者自身的免疫系统来攻击癌细胞,近年来显示出令人鼓舞的临床应用前景。本实验室基于生物材料与纳米医学技术,发展了新型肿瘤疫苗技术,探索了局部治疗介导的肿瘤免疫联合治疗策略(如与免疫检查点阻断疗法的联合),这些新型的治疗技术在抑制肿瘤转移和复发方面显示出独特的优势。

- 新型纳米疫苗系统
- 基于生物材料的肿瘤免疫联合治疗“鸡尾酒疗法”;
- 生物分子靶向递送载体的设计构建与可控免疫调节;
- 生物材料与免疫工程在组织再生修复方面的应用。
