生物材料与肿瘤微环境调控



方向介绍

肿瘤微环境对于肿瘤的生长、转移与免疫逃逸等行为密切相关,肿瘤弱酸、乏氧、免疫抑制等微环境特征也是导致临床肿瘤治疗耐受的一个重要原因。本实验室发展了多种基于纳米技术与生物材料的肿瘤微环境调控策略,发现通过调控肿瘤微环境如逆转肿瘤乏氧状态,可有效提高肿瘤对于多种治疗策略的响应,在避免额外副作用的同时显著提高现有治疗策略(如放疗、化疗、光动力治疗、免疫治疗)的疗效。

  

主要研究方向:

- 碳酸钙基纳米复合物的可控制备与肿瘤微酸环境调控;
- 含氟生物材料在肿瘤乏氧微环境调节与治疗增效中的应用探索;
- 生物活性成分(酶、纳米酶等)的可控递送及在肿瘤微环境调控与治疗增效中的应用探索。
