Prof. Zhuang Liu was elected to be the ChangJiang Distinguished Professor in 2018. The Changjiang Scholar award (Chinese: 长江学者奖励计划), is a prestigious academic award issued to an individual in higher education by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. The award is also known as the Cheung Kong Scholar award.
