Research Interests:

Polyoxometalate Chemistry, Nanomaterials Chemistry, Nanocatalysis


Research Experience and Accomplishments:

Mainly focused on the controlled synthesis of carbon and silicon nanostructures using green chemical methods, and exploring of their applications in nanocatalysis and bio-imaging. Over 60 publications in top chemistry and materials journals, some of which were highlighted in Science, Current Science, and Nanotechweb.org, etc. One ongoing research fund from National Natural Science Foundation of China. Awards include: National Top 100 Doctoral Dissertations Award (2008), Science and Technology Progress Award (First Prize) of Jilin Province (2007).
