Research achievement

Prof. Zuoquan Jiang is mainly engaged in the research of organic functional molecules and organic light-emitting diode (OLED) materials. He has developed spiro-type high-performance host materials, prepared various new near-infrared light-emitting materials, innovated π-stacked spatial molecular systems, and proposed space-confined charge transfer mechanism for a series of highly efficient organic emitters. He has hosted three scientific research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, participated in the national key research and development plan Strategic Advanced Electronic Materials special project, and undertook the Dow Chemical OLED material industry research and development project. He has published more than 140 SCI papers in world top journals such as Nature Materials, Journal of American Chemical Society, and Advanced Materials, with more than 4600 citations, and an H-index of 38. He was selected as the young and middle-aged academic leader of the Blue Project in Jiangsu universities and Young Scholar of the Yangtze River Scholars Award Program of the Ministry of Education.
