On March 24, 2014, Prof. Harald Fuchs from the University of Münster in Germany paid a visit to CNST. He delivered a report entitled “Nanotechnology -Pacemaker for new markets” to faculty and students. He is currently a member of various scientific organizations including the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, and the German Academy of Science and Engineering. He was awarded the Philip Morris Research Prize and the German Federal Cross of Merit, etc.
