Device Physics

Using the methods of semiconductor test and interface characterization with the combination of optical simulation, the behaviors of organic materials and devices are studied, including carrier injection, carrier transportation, carrier recombination, interfacial defect, charge accumulation, energy-level match, optical loss, etc. The findings provide a significant basis for designing materials and improving the performance of organic devices.
