The research group of Prof. Xiaohong Zhang and Professor. Jiansheng Jie of the Institute of Functional Nano and Soft Matter of Soochow University has developed a general strategy for the ordered array assembly of organic semiconductor single crystal materials on a polymer insulating layer-polar surface confinement crystallization method , organic single crystal arrays with a single crystal orientation were prepared and applied to flexible field effect transistors.
