The research group is recruiting graduate students with master's and doctor's degree in physics, materials, electronics and chemistry. Meanwhile, we warmly welcome undergraduate students to visit and study in the laboratory, as well as to carry out graduation projects and innovative experiments in the laboratory. Postdoctor

1. Job Responsibilities

(a) High mobility organic semiconductors and organic field effect transistor (OFET) development.

(b) Organic light emitting diode (OLED) device development and applications.

(c) Development of flexible wearable and bionic electronic devices.

2. Recruitment conditions

(a) Have good political quality, moral cultivation, abide by the law and be physically and mentally healthy.

(b) Have obtained the PhD degree in or outside of China no more than 3 years

(c) Aged generally not more than 35 years old.

(d) Have high scientific research ability and academic research potential, be able to carry out research independently, have good English writing and communication skills.

(e) Research orientation in physics, materials, microelectronics or chemistry, Preferably with a background in organic synthesis or field effect transistor research.

3. Length of appointment and remuneration

(a) The postdoctoral employment is for three years.

(b) Postdoctoral researcher's remuneration during the appointment period:

• Basic annual salary: RMB 200,000 (pre-tax income after removal of social insurance and provident fund borne by the university), paid monthly during the period of appointment.

• Bonus: paid annually according to the results of the performance evaluation, RMB 400,000 for excellent performance evaluation during the appointment period and RMB 200,000 for good performance evaluation during the appointment period.

• Rental subsidy: RMB 1,000/month for recruit with a unified policy postdocs on a general basis.

• If the postdoctoral period is supported by the National Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support, the Postdoctoral International Exchange Programme Introduction Project, the Postdoctoral International Exchange Programme Dispatch Project, the Xiangjiang Scholars Programme, the Macao Young Scholars Programme, the Sino-German Postdoctoral Exchange Programme, etc., the subsidies received will be stacked.

4. Future developments

(1) According to the situation, the post-doctoral stage can provide overseas exchange and cooperation opportunities, and the outstanding post-doctoral will be funded by group to go to foreign well-known universities such as the University of California, Los Angeles, University of Waterloo, University of Western Ontario, Humboldt University, Germany, etc. for 1-2 years of joint training.

(2) The postdocs can be recommended to teach in other units in China or to work in famous semiconductor companies.

Lecturer, Assistant Professor

1. The research direction

(1) Organic semiconductor materials and devices

(2) Organic field effect transistors

(3) Organic photodetectors and light-emitting devices

2. Job descriptions

(1) Good political quality and moral cultivation, law-abiding, physical and mental health;

(2) Under the age of 40;

(3) Able to independently carry out research work, assist PI in project application, teaching and guiding graduate students;

(4) Research direction in physics, materials, microelectronics or chemistry, organic synthesis research background is preferred, overseas study or research background is preferred.

3. Treatment

Treatment of associate professor (associate researcher)/lecturer (assistant researcher) is according to the relevant provisions of the state and the university.
