Research Interests:

1. Organic electronics: Organic conjugated small molecule/polymer semiconductors, organic transistors including OFETs and OECTs.

2. Flexible electronics: Flexible and scalable integration of high-performance organic transistors and their applications in health monitoring, smart sensing and bionic electronics.

 

Research Accomplishments:

Dr. Chen’s research interests are mainly focus on the controllable preparation of high-performing organic semiconductors, the flexible integration of organic transistors (OFET & OECT) and their applications in flexible bionic electronic devices. He has published over 50 SCI papers, including 20 first-authored papers (Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Nano Energy, etc.), which have been totally cited more than 4000 times.
