At 1 o 'clock on November 26, 2022, the students of the course Micro and Nano Manufacturing Technology entered the group for a visit. The visit lasted about one hour and was organized by Shi Yandi and Ren Xiaobin. Several senior graduate students participated in the visit and explanation.

Ren Xiaobin led everyone to visit the laboratory, made a basic introduction to the laboratory, showed the lithography and RIE processing films, and showed the patterns and devices of electron beam exposure processing.

Wang Chaoqiang demonstrates the fabrication of single crystal devices and the luminescence of single crystal LED.

Shi Jialin demonstrates the inkjet printing process.  

Zhang Yujian introduced ALD insulating layer processing technology.
