研究领域

主要围绕钙钛矿半导体光电器件与物理,开展有钙钛矿太阳能电池(PV)和发光二极管(LED)的研究工作,主要包括:(1)钙钛矿半导体器件:钙钛矿薄膜的低成本成膜工艺、晶化动力学调控,以及高性能钙钛矿PV和LED的器件工艺与制备;(2)钙钛矿半导体物理:钙钛矿半导体材料与器件的基础物性分析、界面物理、载流子输运过程以及缺陷机制与钝化策略研究。


主要成果和技术贡献

提出“物理场”协同调控范式,发展了钙钛矿晶体可控生长新途径;发展与搭建缺陷表征技术和装置,实现了钙钛矿光伏缺陷的全方位表征与钝化;构建梯度异质界与电荷传输桥,实现了钙钛矿光伏弱光下表界面处载流子的流畅输运。国内最早开展了室内光伏的研究,制备出了国际上最高记录效率的柔性与刚性室内光伏器件,开展了生态可持续性研究,开发了基于室内光伏驱动的微功耗原型产品。以第一作者/通讯作者在Science(1篇)、Natl. Sci. Rev.(2篇) 、eScience (2篇) 、Sci. Bulletin (3篇) 、Joule (1篇) 、Chem (1篇) 、Matter (4篇) 、Adv. Mater.(21篇)、Angew. Chem.(10篇)、J. Am. Chem. Soc.(4篇)、Adv. Energy Mater.(14篇)、Adv. Funct. Mater.(13篇)、Appl. Phys. Lett.(26篇)等发表论文180余篇,参与发表Science论文2篇,论文被引用2万余次,H-Index = 72 (Google Scholar)。已获授权发明专利41项,技术转让5项。主持和参与国家自然科学基金青年/面上/集成项目、江苏省自然基金青年/优秀青年项目、国家重点专项等20余项。
