摘要：

Distributed Bragg refl ectors (DBRs) have been widely used in optoelectronic devices such as photovoltaic devices, lasing cavities, light-emitting diodes, and sensors. Generally, a DBR is known as one kind of 1D photonic crystal, which is composed of alternating layers of high- and low-refractive-index films with a quarter-wavelength thickness. The high reflectivity of a DBR can be achieved by increasing the refractive index contrast of the high- and low-refractive-index layers and/or increasing the period of repeating units.
