R. China | | | | | 摘要: | Distributed Bragg refl ectors (DBRs) have been widely used in optoelectronic devices such as photovoltaic devices, lasing cavities, light-emitting diodes, and sensors. Generally, a DBR is known as one kind of 1D photonic crystal, which is composed of alternating layers of high- and low-refractive-index films with a quarter-wavelength thickness.
