殷黎晨  教授  博士生导师

20057月获复旦大学生物科学专业学士学位;20107月获复旦大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位。201011月至20141月在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校(UIUC)材料科学与工程系从事博士后研究工作。20141月加盟苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为特聘教授、博士生导师。

个人介绍:

主要从事生物医用高分子和药物递送系统的开发并研究其在肿瘤、炎症、自身免疫性疾病治疗中的应用。共发表SCI论文120余篇,他引6900余次,H因子447篇论文入选ESI高被引论文。获中国发明专利12项,美国专利2项。为欧美权威教材《Biomaterials Science》、工具书《Encyclopedia of Nanomaterials》等撰写章节。应邀担任第258届美国化学会年会分会场共同主席、Adv Drug Deliver Rev客座编辑。获国家优秀青年科学基金资助,入选江苏省特聘教授(重点资助)、江苏省双创人才、江苏省六大人才高峰、江苏省双创团队核心骨干。主持国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金4项、江苏省重点研发计划项目1项。担任Nat CommunSci AdvJACSAdv MaterAngew ChemAdv Funct MaterACS Nano50余个期刊的独立审稿人。

 

研究方向:

1)聚氨基酸生物材料:研究可用于药物载体、基因载体、免疫调节剂的聚氨基酸的合成与功能化修饰,探讨聚氨基酸的二级结构效应和调控方式。

2)智能化药物递送系统:研究可改善蛋白质、多肽、核酸、小分子化学药物、气体分子等功效的新型给药载体的加工、改性、组装、体内外作用机理及其给药系统的设计。

3抗炎治疗与抗肿瘤治疗:根据疾病的发病机制及病灶部位的生理特点,设计新型纳米药物调控肿瘤、炎症等免疫微环境,用于肿瘤、炎症(如肝炎、胰腺炎、心肌梗死、急性肺损伤、脑卒中、骨性关节炎等)、自身免疫性疾病(如溃疡性结肠炎、类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等)的治疗。
