详细介绍:

        2005年在Heeger组采用后期热处理技术,独立研发了具有5%效率的有机太阳能电池。突破了自1995年以来有机太阳能电池一直处于23%的效率瓶颈,成为有机光伏发展的一个里程碑。该文章被引用次数迄今超过5000次,成为近年来光伏领域引用次数最多的论文之一( Adv. Funct. Mater. 2005, 15, 1617)。在2007年使用溶剂添加剂成功地改善了有机光伏电池薄膜的形貌并从而大幅度地提高了其光电转换效率;Nature Mater. 2007, 6, 497被引用3000余次;J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2007, 19, 3656.被引用接近2000次)。 2008年在Alivisatos组开始研发新型量子点太阳能电池,首次认识到合金纳米材料具有增强的光电转换性能,并大幅度的提高量子点太阳能电池的效率到3.3%,创造了当时的记录,该工作被美国材料学会著名的MRS Bulletin重点报道(MRS Bulletin, 2009, 34, 398)。

        近年来在新型太阳能电池领域做出一系列开创性工作,在Nat. Mater. (1)Nat. Commun. (3)Joule (2)Adv. Mater. (16)JACS (2)Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (2)Nano Lett.(3)Adv. Energy Mater (6)Adv. Funct. Mater (11)ACS Nano (2)ACS Energy Letters (7等国际重要刊物发表论文150余篇,授权发明专利17项,部分专利已经被美国著名有机光伏公司购买并运用于实际生产。论文总引用次数超过20000次,单篇论文最高引用超过5000次, 2014-2019年连续6年入选高引用学者榜单。担任MRS Advances Principal EditorFrontiers in Photonics 副主编; Nat. Energy, Nat. Commun., Joule, JACS, Adv. Mater., Nano Lett.,等著名国际期刊的审稿人和仲裁。

        主持项目情况:作为首席科学家主持国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划);主持国家重点研发计划子课题;主持国家自然科学基金国际(地区)合作与交流项目(中国-巴基斯坦、中国-瑞典)、面上项目、重大研究计划培育项目;主持江苏省碳达峰碳中和科技创新专项资金(产业前瞻与关键核心技术攻关)重点项目;
