主要研究方向: 主要致力于高效晶硅太阳电池器件的研究,包括:高效晶硅太阳电池(SHJ,TOPCon,BC等)的构筑、界面调控及器件物理,晶硅太阳电池的光学天线设计与光学表征,半导体器件的界面表征与调控。
研究成果: 自2013年以来,一直从事硅基能源器件的界面调控及器件物理相关方面的研究工作,累计发表高水平SCI论文60余篇,其中,其中第一/通讯作者论文31篇,包括Adv. Mater. (2篇), Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (2篇), Adv. Energy Mater. (4篇), Adv. Funct. Mater., ACS Nano (3篇) 等。授权发明专利7项。
