副教授,研究生导师


       硕士毕业于中南大学化学化工学院,2021年博士毕业于加拿大滑铁卢大学化学系(University of Waterloo),2022年起在苏州大学FUNSOM从事博士后研究,随后入职FUNSOM任副教授

 

主要成果和贡献: 

     近年来主要聚焦靶向蛋白降解领域,致力于针对传统药物难以靶向或疗效不佳的致病蛋白进行活性调控。基于化学生物学、分子工程等多学科方法,利用功能核酸、融合蛋白等分子工具,通过理性设计和定向进化等手段,实现高选择性、高安全性的致病蛋白降解。此外,还致力于开发基于功能核酸的诊疗新策略。目前以第一作者和共同通讯作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Central Science, Chemical Science等国际权威学术期刊发表论文18篇。在学术期刊Frontiers in Chemistry担任Review Editor(in section of Analytical Chemistry)和Guest Associate Editor(in section of Medical and Pharmaceutical Chemistry)。
