基于工程化细菌的创新疗法



方向介绍

通过合成生物学或细菌表面工程等手段改造细菌,从而用于肿瘤或其他疾病治疗是目前新兴的研究方向。本实验室通过基因工程与编辑技术对细菌的趋化性、免疫调节功能、及导航定位功能进行调控,从而增强细菌的肿瘤靶向定植,进而释放免疫调节因子或癌细胞杀伤因子,实现高效精准治疗肿瘤的功能;另一方面,我们还在发展可在口服后高效定植于肠道的工程化益生菌,用于肠道疾病治疗或调控肠道微生物菌群。
