副教授,研究生导师
2019年获山东大学化学系博士学位,2019年至2022年在苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院从事博士后研究工作。2022年被苏州大学聘为副教授,同年入选“苏州大学优秀青年学者”。
研究领域:肽基生物材料;大分子药物递送体系;粘膜相关疾病的局部给药系统;疾病的免疫疗法
主要成果和贡献:
致力于生物、材料、物理、化学和医学的交叉领域,针对生命科学与临床医学中的重要科学问题,发展了一系列新型高效的生物材料,研究了其在抗病毒、抗炎与抗肿瘤等方面的应用;设计构建了多种新型的大分子药物(抗体、细胞因子、酶、核酸等)递送体系,深入研究了其跨屏障递送机制,并探索了其在眼睛、口腔、膀胱等粘膜相关疾病中的应用。在PNAS,Adv. Mater.,ACS Nano 等期刊发表论文十余篇。参与国家重点研发计划“纳米前沿”重点专项等项目;主持中国博士后基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目和国家自然科学基金面上项目等。
