Introduction:

Immunotherapies such as immune checkpoint blockade therapies and various types of immune celltherapieshavebrought new opportunities for the treatment of tumors and other diseases. Our laboratory has designed a variety of innovative biomaterial platforms for immunoengineering and immunotherapy, and several related projects have entered the clinical trial stage.

Specific projects:

-Modulation of tumor microenvironment for enhanced cancer immunotherapy

-Nanovaccines and in situ cancer vaccination technology

-Biomaterial scaffolds to assist immune cell therapy

-In vivo immune cell engineering for treatments of cancer or autoimmune diseases
