主要成果和技术贡献
以第一作者或者通讯在包括Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nano Lett., ACS Nano, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater., Adv. Func. Mater., Small等国外著名期刊上共发表被SCI收录论文220余篇,引用6000多次,H指数为40。主持国家自然科学基金三项,参加973项目、国家能源项目和国家重点研发项目各一项。
发表在Nat. Commun.的文章首次介绍了在酸性体系中,利用硅和铑纳米材料作为共催化剂进行电化学析氢。其实验和理论计算的结果表明硅-铑纳米材料在大电流下具有优于铂催化剂的活性;进一步的ACS Nano工作中,通过Si-H键将直径为2.2 nm左右的Ir纳米颗粒均匀、牢固地负载在硅纳米线表面,在SiNW的协同增益之下,其单位金属原子(Ir原子)的析氢催化效率达到了文章发表时已知析氢催化剂材料的最大值。首先发现了具有驻极体效应的硅纳米线并用于纳米发电机的制备,成果发表在Nano Lett.上;首次观测到氢饱和的硅纳米线具有优异的光催化活性,研究结果发表在JACS上;利用流体的流动进行催化剂图案化,并生长硅纳米线阵列,发表在Chem. Commun.上,是封面文章和热点文章,并有很高的评论;利用钒酸银为基底进行表面增强拉曼研究,在极低浓度下可得到罗丹明6G、TNT、结晶紫和牛血清白蛋白的拉曼信号,该工作可用于食品安全、反恐检测,论文发表在Chem. Commun.上,是封面文章和热点文章。
