陈倩 教授 博士生导师

 

2013年获苏州大学材料科学与工程专业学士学位;2017年获苏州大学材料科学与工程专业博士学位;2017年至2018年在美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校(UNC)从事博士后研究工作;2018年至2019年在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)从事博士后研究工作。2019年加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为教授、博士生导师。

研究领域:高分子材料与生物材料,生物微环境响应递药系统,肿瘤免疫治疗,口服/透皮给药系统,组织工程


主要成果和贡献

近年来在生物医学材料领域从事研究,发展了一系列基于生物材料的新型多功能纳米粒子,并探索了其在成像、光学治疗、免疫治疗及联合治疗等方面的应用;发展了多种新型生物微环境响应的生物载体材料,研究了其对肿瘤微环境及免疫微环境的调控,并进一步探索了其对包括免疫治疗在内的不同治疗策略的增效;设计构建了多种新型的局部给药系统,研究了其在癌症、炎症、糖尿病、眼科疾病等领域的应用。共发表学术论文80余篇,论文总引用超过8,000次,SCI H-index =41。其中第一/通讯作者论文36篇,发表于Nature NanotechnologyNature CommunicationsProc Natl Acad Sci USA等期刊。2019年入选美国美国科睿唯安(原汤森路透集团)公布的全球高被引科学家名单Highly Cited Researchers)。
